The halls were very organized related to the illness of the patient.
The administrator demonstrated a caring for the employees. There were no foul smells in the halls. The patients seemed pretty content. Now the dining area didnt seem too fancy, compared to other rehab facilities. The dining seems pretty small, barely enough room to seat all the people and the supporting staff. I found myself almost hitting my head on a hanging light above a table. Dietary doors were right there where we can hear almost everything said in the kitchen.

The nurse proceeded to apologize to the paramedics stating that it was not an emergency call. The nurse that night happened to be the "nurse of the month". The next instance occurred when we told the nurse manager that we thought our loved one had a UTI.
The nurse manager dismissed it and a day or so later we had to beg the nurse to call the paramedics again when our loved one was unresponsive. As it turned out, our loved one turned septic due to a UTI that should have been treated.

The home was very nice. It looked like everything was new and also like everything was cleaned often. It looked like they took good care of all their equiment. The staff was very nice to my friend, who kept joking with them. They joked right back.
