The staff were hard workers and problem solvers. You could always depend on them to be accountable. Pros The whole experience was great! Cons Sold their company. Nothing really to say it just not a great company to work for pay isnt good and at times the management really isn't either yoou almost have no support.

It was a job but no real room to grow and move up in the company they did not have many accounts in the area that I worked in at the time so if you wanted to move up you had to go to another location.

Rate your recent company Share your experience to help others. My biggest objection was top management was basically all male. I could be wrong but I never met upper female supervisors. I never felt there was upward mobility despite having a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice.

Do not work for them they are terrible no team work at all management can't be trusted they are not worth the breath in my body anymore the worse place I have ever encountered. I was impressed with the level of commitment and interaction provided. I truly appreciated the dedication provided for me during my tenure with Guardsmark and was disappointed when the company disbanded.

Unfortunately, the incoming company failed my expectations in many areas of professionalism at the onset. Guardsman was indeed my admired Company to work with.

Overall I worked at guardsmark from I had great managers and great places to work. The pay wasn't great but given the location it was good. I was in the DFW area at the time and the economy tanked and had never done security work before. Guardsmark helped me get legal. Pros Lots of different sites. Cons Low pay. Pass on this job Not the best place to work. Everyone treats you just as you are Pros I don't work there any more.

Pros benefits, full time. Cons management. The people are outstanding to work for.. I simply loved working around these people they made my job so easy to do I was honored to work there and it gave me more experience also Pros The lunch hours were paid where i worked.. Cons Not enough bathroom breaks during shifts Worked there for over 11 yrs on and off no benefits or advancement. The work site was like family. Got to know all the employees including truckers and I was treated with respect and enjoyed talking and helping them in any way possible.

When they had cook outs they would briing me food to my security shack and treated me like I worked for the company. Working here help my prepare for better job opportunities. They should give the benefit of K to the officers and no only to the employees in the office we are the only es taking the risks at work, deal with different kinds of people. We should have more benefits and with the Corona virus situation send us some money during the time we are out of work and use our vacations to get pay.

This is a multimillion dollar company. Not a good company, management is poor, you work from a Lillie room out side the building, you do walk around the whole manufacturer, drive arounds, watch the grounds, keeping notes, checking trucks in for beets, working with one sometimes, there a 3 shift, night is poor, management is very poor, ex police with bad feed back.

Cons Very dirty boring job. If your a security officer this job is ok but lackluster. If you want to be a supervisor, they give good lip service for a while but then you start to lose backing of your upper management. It's not a place I'd highly recommend. Not a worthy company to work. Not a good company to work for.

Poor management and bad work ethics. The company has packed up and closed. I was not surprised. I can not comment further as the company has closed and I cannot say much more. Prepare and present balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, monthly and quarterly report, preparing payroll for two hundred plus employees, reconciling account.
