If you want to work at BP get ready for some grueling online training, this company has so many modules their modules have modules. Though it is excessive, it's also effective, their methods for table service are very productive. It's unforgiving sometimes because alot of their dishes Pizza take at least 10 minutes through the conveyor oven, so if you make a mistake, and the rest of the table gets the right food, it can take upwards of 10 minutes for the customer to get their correct dish.

First day had 1 employee assigned to train me for about 3 hours then I was left to learn everything on my own.
