Much better culture than many hospitals I worked. Wages seem to be decent but not great. ER in Eau Claire has no dedicated trauma so those patients go to Mayo. The aftercare program was busy and very helpful.

The students and families are wonderful. No training for the job I was hired for, no feedback even though I asked. Led me to believe they cared about me but like any other hob you are a number.

It cares about getting donation checks, free volunteer labor while hiding all their misdeeds. Advancement is reserved for those that know how to play the politics in this nonprofit game.
