I made the cream cheese frosting from the Sprinkles recipe. And the flavors I got at Lulus were their specialty- Lulu's cupcake which looks just like a Hostess Cupcake with the chocolate ganache and a peanut butter filling, and regular yellow cake ones with vanilla frosting. The cakes are good but the frosting is awesome. Freak, baking cupcakes from a box is all chemicals, maybe you're taste buds are crossed wired and your tongue is layered with too much shit from it all.
